In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 254 candidates, including 53 express-entry candidates. In 2023, MPNP invited 16,217 candidates, and 4,456 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.   Manitoba to create an advisory council to develop an economic immigration strategy Manitoba is developing a plan to increase economic immigration through its new Advisory Council on Economic Immigration and Settlement (ACEIS).
