20 skilled candidates invited in the PEI PNP Latest Draw


On October 5, 2023, Prince Edward Island conducted a new invitation round in the Labour Impact and Express Entry streams and invited 20 candidates under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). 


This draw invited candidates working in the Healthcare and Food Processing sectors. According to the schedule, the next PEI PNP draw will occur on October 19, 2023.


The PEI EOI system collects crucial information about you in order to rank and select those who are most likely to meet the economic and labour market demands of Prince Edward Island, based on one or more of the following characteristics:

  • Language: English or French;

  • Education: level and field of education and where completed;

  • Skill and work experience level;

  • Strategic priorities: attributes that would address immediate labour market needs in PEI;

  • Other factors relevant to employment prospects: including but not limited to having a job offer in PEI and/or previous Canadian work experience.

IRCC will continue to hold virtual citizenship ceremonies According to the Government of Canada’s response to the petition on citizenship ceremonies, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is considering an online tool for self- administered Oath of Citizenship .
